Bravendel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, provided that the product:

• Has not been used

• Remains unopened

• Is in its original packaging and condition

Approved returns are subject to a 75 NOK handling and processing fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, please include:

• Clear photos or videos showing the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted if:

• The product has been opened or used.

• The product has been damaged due to misuse.

• The return request is submitted after the 14-day return period.

• The product is not returned in its original condition.
